Beyoncé isn’t expecting to give birth until early next year, but the ‘Halo’ singer says she’s already bought Christmas gifts for the baby. And what’s waiting under the Christmas tree for husband – and dad to be – Jay-Z?
“I can’t say, it has to be a surprise!” she says. “Seriously, though, we both keep seeing super-cute stuff for the baby, so I am sure even our presents for each other will involve the baby in some way!”
It certainly sounds like there will be no shortage of presents in the superstar couple’s home. “Also Kelly [Rowland] has been so busy buying gifts for the baby, I think she might forget to buy for me this year!” Beyoncé laughs. “She is always seeing cute gifts for the baby in London.”
Once the gifts are opened, the rest of the day is devoted to spending time with loved ones. “I will be with family,” the expectant mom says. “We are both so busy throughout the year that Christmas is just a time to relax with family and count the many blessings in your life.
“Christmas Day is a no-TV zone. We just like to sit and talk together as a family.”
